All purchases made on Digiocean, including but not limited to subscriptions, software solutions, and additional features, are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for any reason once a transaction is completed.
We do not provide prorated refunds for partial use of services, unused features, or remaining subscription periods after cancellation or termination.
While our standard policy is no refunds, in exceptional cases (such as billing errors), requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Contact our support team at support@digiocean.com if you believe your situation warrants special consideration.
In cases where Digiocean terminates your access due to a violation of these Terms and Conditions, no refunds will be provided.
